The fine perlage, rising in the glass, give intense but delicate aromas. Floral and fruity notes can be easily perceived. Taste is dry and aftertaste is long lasting. Harmonious flavour. To intensify freshness drink it young.

Suggested food to accompany:  all dishes characterized by a delicate taste, with slightly spicy vegetable side dishes and with cream cheese.

Suggested serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
