Palazzo Crispi in Naples has been the perfect location for a new tasting of the famous "cru" Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze DOC. One of the most qualitative Italian Wine was accompanied in the tasting by one of the most prestigious Italian Cheese, the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. These two products, that have their origins in the north of Italy (Prosecco DOC) and in the South of Italy (Mozzarella DOP) have a lot in common: both are unique Italian Products, representative in the World of the Italian Style of Life, and both are products that can be consumed before eating, as aperitif/appetizer, or during the meal.
