BIOLDO, the Organic Prosecco Wine
For the production of Organic Wine Cantina Produttori di Valdobbiadene has selected, between its associates, a limited number of vineyards (six), for a production of 1146 quintals (114.600 Kg) of grapes produced in the framework of the USDA National Organic Production rules, in particular the European Union regulation nr. 2092/91 dealing with agriculture production method.
After this accurate selection, the wine is produced with the most modern techniques, always in compliance with stringent organic standards.
In the year 2005 the production of BIOLDO Organic Sparkling Extra-dry Prosecco has been about 100.000 bottles.
