The management of our vineyards is crucial to guarantee the quality of Val d’Oca wines.
With our 600 winegrowing members, we promote sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
From pruning to harvest, every step is carefully planned to preserve the terroir and ensure the best expression of our grapes.
In particular, in the care of the vineyards, the winegrower-members are supported by a Plant Management Plan: on this aspect, the winery is extremely proactive with classroom and field training courses, for example on pruning techniques, to disseminate which it has also created online tutorials.
