Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. – Extra Dry
Its perlage is fine and long-lasting, and its colour is brilliant pale straw yellow. Its aroma has a reminiscence of acacia and wild flowers. It is savoury just to the ritght extente and slightly palatable. Enjoy it chilled.
Suggested serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
Suggested food to accompany: first course dishes with a delicate flavour, grilled fish, white meat, dry pastries and cookies.
