Verdiso, Perera amd Bianchetta are the traditional grapes, together with Glera (Prosecco) grape of the area of Valdobbiadene. They contribute, on account of their specifities, to the sensorial balance of the Prosecco. The Prosecco “Storico” Val D’Oca rapresents the most traditional way of producing and enjoying Prosecco.
